Growing cities and segregated neighbourhoods

We investigate how new housing constructions affect residential sorting patterns across neighbourhoods in cities and analyse: 1) Where have new housing units been added? 2) What happened with the residential composition and housing prices in neighbourhoods after new constructions? 3) What are the consequences of new housing in one neighbourhood on residential segregation across neighbourhoods in the same city?
